We ship USPS and UPS.
You will normally receive your order within 3-5 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the USPS/UPS.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Growing Basics is not responsible for any UPS shipping delays.

United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) Priority.This option is available for PO BOX, APO, AK, HI, AA, AE, AS, AP, FM, GU, MH, MP, PR, PW & VI.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday,and limited hours on saturdays excluding federal holidays within the United States.
You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (additional charges apply. See table for details). Delivery times for UPS 3Day and Overnight shipping are based on the day we download the order. Please make sure to allow for up to two-day (2) processing time when placing your order
GrowingBasics.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method. UPS 3Day and Overnight shipping are not available
Tax Free Shopping Nationwide
We charge NO sales tax on any of your purchases throughout the United States and the world except in the state of Georgia where it applies.
GrowingBasics products are intended for end use in the United States. Products sold for end use in the U.S. are not labeled for international distribution. However, GrowingBasics does not prohibits the shipping of our product to any location outside the United States. GrowingBasics reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

Tracking your Shipment

GrowingBasics is not liable for any lost shipments when USPS is selected as the shipping method. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS.
Return / Replacement Policy:
We hope you are pleased with every GrowingBasics purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and it's quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may seek a return or a replacement within 30days or under our Guarantee (restrictions may apply). See below for details.
Returns at Retail store
If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. We recommend returning the product to the store if possible in order to avoid return shipping fees. However, if the store cannot accept your return, you may return the product directly to
GrowingBasics.com via the return process below.
If you purchased the product from growingbasics.com or from a retail store:
You may return it by mail for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if you include your original receipt. If you purchased a product as part of a gift or set, the entire gift or set must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a full refund.
After 30 days, or without a receipt, you may return the product by mail for an exchange of equal value.
We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for GrowingBasics.com Featured Specials, Outlet items, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions. Prepackaged gifts and kits are assembled individually and may vary slightly. GrowingBasics reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable. GrowingBasics reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may have been purchased within 60days.
Every GrowingBasics.com shipment is insured against damage.
Notify us immediately if you notice ANY damage to your package.
If you should discover a problem, bring it to the driver’s attention immediately. Visibly damaged packages should be refused.
Some damage may appear to be minimal on the box, however the inner contents of the package may be severely damaged. We advise you to open the boxes/package immediately to check the contents and then write a precise description of the damage BEFORE SIGNING.
To successfully expedite any damage claim, you must keep the original packing material that the item(s) arrived in and print the words, "Damaged Upon Arrival" next to where you sign for the merchandise when applicable.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS, UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a refund (only if original receipt is included and the product was purchased within the last 30 days) or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard UPS ground shipping or USPS. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Damaged Items/ Our Error
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
